hey, i get it! you just combined the first three pictures to get the last one! interesting. also interesting, and i didn't notice this until i looked at the large-size photos -- mather looks a little melancholy as she's dancing. where were these pics taken?

Yup, it's one of the options in the "collage" feature of Picasa, a free Google provided photo management/publishing program.
Her face looks a bit down, but I think she was just pretty focused. It takes a lot of effort to twirl and not fall down.
The photos were taken shortly after our music class (with some music still playing in the background).
